I made a purchase online in January. I never received the order. I have called, faxed, and emailed the company many times but they haven't answered me. The web site is http://accesstoaccessories.com . The company is in California and I live in Maryland. Is there anything I can do to get my money back?

I pay by credit card and I do have the recepit.

First notify the Better Business Bureaus, and go from there. If you paid with a credit card, that company should help you.

Not sure. Short of getting a lawyer, probably not. You can report them to the Better Business Bureau though.

Do you have a receipt? How did you pay for it? Contact your credit card company to ask if they can help you.

Do you have all the prove. Contract the B.B.B. then contract the local consumer and report about it. See how fast there will send you your things.
