I've missed two periods the past 2 months. I've taken two pregnancy tests -- 1, one week after i missed my last period and 2, three weeks after the first test. Both were negative. Before this, I had NEVER missed a period since I started them 12 years ago.

I know I need to go to a doctor, but I won't have health insurance for 90 more days.

Does anyone think pregnancy is a possibility if I've already had two negative pregnancy tests? And what else could cause this? I was taking birth control pills until I missed my first period, and I haven't taken any medication since then.

possible, yes... likely, no

best option is to see a doctor, there could be something more serious going on. even a free clinic is better than nothing

Yes, it happens. I've read stories from women who didn't test positive the whole time they were pregnant. I understand about not having insurance. Can you find a clinic who will provide free medical services? Try to find a Planned Parenthood Center in your area. They can refer you to someone. You really want to know for sure so that you can start pre-natal care if you are. And you can breathe easy if you aren't!

Best of wishes for you!

It is possible to get a false negative...........but two?? I really doubt you are pregnant but anything is possible. I'm sorry but if you really think you are pregnant you CAN NOT wait 90 days you need to be seen now.

There may be a clinic nearby where they can check you. You could be pregnant. They have better tests.
