how can i download a video off of youtube.com i have a slow computer and cant watch online videos?

to download vid's from utube
open 2 browsers
browser 1
- open to the video in youtube that you are wanting to download
- highlight the http:// you tube link in the address bar and then right click and copy it

- open to http://keepvid.com/
- you will see a green strip - paste the http:// you tube link in to this section - then click the download button to the right
- once you've clicke the download button - you will see just below that a dark green strip with the following - ›› Download Link ‹‹ (.flv - Flash Video) - click on this link
- a window should open called File Download - click Save
- another window will open - in here - set the location you want to save your video to
example - My Documents/My Videos
- next - in the File Name section - type in the name of the file and make sure that you add .flv to the end of the file name
example - Hearts on fire.flv
- next click the Save button

you can also convert them using software such as Moyea FLV to video converter

I dont think you can download the videos directly but you can get some programs that will capture the video window and sound that it plays. cam capture might be one of the programs you can use. or you can justsearch google for the video and find a format that you are able to download.

If you use Firefox or Mozilla, take a look at the VideoDownloader extension to download them...you will need an flv player, such as FLV Player, though to view the files

u probalby dont need to dload the videos. ur computer probably just takes a long time to buffer the videos, u could just wait till the videos buffers completely then watch it.
