I had a doctors appoinment on 2/21 and my levels were 903 and I had another blood test on 2/24 and my levels were 1500. My doctor is concerned because my levels aren't doubling but he said that he can't tell me I had a miscarriage because my levels went up. I don't have another appointment until 3/1 so is there anyone that has went through this and everything has turned out ok?? Please let me know I need something to cheer me up because no one else I know has went through this and the doctor can't give me "false hope".

This is where I am glad German doctors don't take HCG levels. Every person is different. So just be patient and go to your next appt. Try not to worry about it.

Did you wait for atleast 48 hours. My nurse said not to come in until after 48 hours. That way they will know if the numbers have doubled or not.
Could it be that you were so excited to be pregnant that you went in a little early for your blood test? If so call your doc and reschedule a blood test. Tell them you may be come in too early.
If this is not the case then all you can do is wait until the 1st. Many women have low HCG levels and still carry to term.

i dont know what to tell you i mean they did go up but not like the doctor would want them to so you may carry this pregnancy or you may be losing this pregnancy there is no real way to know for sure until you have the 3 test and if they went up again then you should be fine it may jst mean that your body isnt producing them as much or it could mean that when you got tested on the 21st that they had just gone up and flat lined to go up slowly on the 24th meaning the tests were too close together to know if the levels should have doubled or if you waited a day later then they would have doubled for sure but its hard to say so i wish you the best of luck

If they are going up you havent had a miscarriage.....When they start going down is when you have to worry....I had a few miscarriages and my numbers were always much lower than that and never went up..see what the levels are on 3/1 and I hope everything goes well...Good Luck!

Not sure...when something similar happened to me turned out I had had a miscarriage but ended up conceiving my twins. I was getting my periods with the first pregnancy and obviously my husband and I were still having sex so when I lost the first pregnancy my numbers went down but I conceived and than they went up. Don't know if that gives you hope or even cheers you up but hope all turns up well.
