i mean,if there are lawyers that can use their tittles or profession with the same rights than their original country.

Each country has is own legislation and rules to the lawyers be an associated and work as a professional. It´s almost impossible to be a World Lawyer.

No such thing, you have to hire an attorney for the country the litigation is in.
