I made a purchase online in January. I never received the order. I have called, faxed, and emailed the company many times but they haven't answered me. The web site is http://accesstoaccessories.com . The company is in California and I live in Maryland. Is there anything I can do to get my money back?

A couple of things:

1. Call your credit card company or bank. If payment was taken from your account, then they are obligated to assist you.

2. Have them track the package. Every order has a tracking number (or something to track it with). Tell them that you haven't received it, and that will prove it.

3. Contact a lawyer, and have them write a "friendly" letter to the company (costs a nominal fee from $50 - $125) informing them of their error, and the resistance that you have encountered when you have tried to resolve this issue. Further tell them that you will pursue all avenues to receive your order, since you have paid for the items on the order. Then back it up.

I think that the USPS (US Postal Service) handles fraud through the mail (which I would think this qualifies). I would contact the postal service and see if there is anything they can do to help you resolve this issue.

Did you purchase this with a credit card? If you did, call your credit card company and they will help you.
