I am and it feels okay. However, I think my opinion on this question is much less important than your own opinion. If you are asking the question because you feel bi, then you need to search your feelings to see if you if you can accept this part of yourself or if it creates a sense of self-loathing. If you uncomfortable with being bi, I urge to seek out the help and support of a counselor or support group that can help you put this in proper perspective.
The vast majority of humans are not not straight or gay, but somewhere in between. See Kinsey's studies in sexuality.

No, its not ok i mean i have no problem with gay or bi people but i think its wrong if god wanted gay people then it wouldnt have been written in the bible that it is wrong and personally i dont think anybody is bi i mean its like buying a car you like two cars but u can only get one so your going to half to make a decision so its like guys and girls you eahtier like a guy or you like a girl its not inbetween and most gay people have been with the opposite sex and maybe that one person didnt satisfy them so think the same sex will but thats just my opinion

Yes, as long as you realize that it doesnt mean you get to date both a male and a female at the same time. As long as you are in a relationship with either one, just one at a time. Its all good.

It may or may not be OK. That's between you and God. But if you are, I would not act bisexual, because sooner or later you will run into problems.
