how does the declining population of russia affect businesses in russia?

russia has a declining population of over 5 million through the past 10 years. With low birth rates and low expentacy (esp amongst russian males). Mainly due to excessive drinking and smoking.
I know all the vital stats for the declining population in Russia, but dont know exactly how it effects businesses in Russia, any pointers please!?

I posted a similar question earlier but i didnt make it specific to russia, incase anyone is wondering

The global population is over-saturated as it is. They may not sell as many essential items such as Dyson hoovers, but the businesses know that it's for the greater good/

It does not affect businesses much until they run low on people of working age willing to work. But it means that many families will die out. It also means that more products will be geared towards older people than the younger ones. There is also a big brain drain in Russia, and the gap between rich and poor is very high compared to the rest of Europe & Asia.

By having fewer people apply for each job, the quality of the average successful applicant and hence employee goes down.

not really affected, since main business in Russia is exporting oil and gas. The revenues from it power the rest of the economy, and splitting these revenues between fewer people does not affect the total.

While declining population means smaller workforce, oil companies do not employ that many people, and can always bring in western specialists for key tasks. In fact, declining population means less oil and gaz has to be sold inside the country (at much lower prices)
