If your LMP matches the ultrasound at 20 weeks does that mean it's accurate? My LMP was 7/19/06 and I was told I conceived around 8/3/06. Does that sound right? I'm due 4/25/07.

sounds right...this might sound funny but i got my lmp on 8/18/06 and i was told i concieved 9/03/06 and my due date is 5/25/07..so it is correct..good luck and congrats..

Yes. LMP typically occurs 2 weeks before the date of conception... based on the fact that most women ovulate about 14 days following the LMP. So... due date is figured 40 weeks from LMP....
You're right on schedule.

Your due date is 40 weeks after your LMP, not from your date of conception.
April 25 is your due date!!!

the way they figure your due date by lmp is to count back 3 months and add 7 days and yes that due date sounds bout right but remeber most babys dont come on their due date best wishes to you and your new lil one

If you are irregular with your cycle, you probably don't ovulate "regularly" either. When they estimate the date you conceived, they do it based on when they assumed you ovulated (about 2 weeks before your last period). If you, in fact, ovulate late or early, their original estimation will be off.

sounds about right... that is the same day i am due april 25th as well... my doc told me i conceived only a couple of days off from yours though
