no hun.

if you walk out then not a thing unless you have a very very good reason.

if you can prove that your boss is a bully then they will backdate your claim but it'll take months to sort out and you will be skint for ages.

Dont think so unless you can prove that you were being harrassed /intimidated or similar and even then you will need a watertight case. Unfortunately if you voluntarily resign from your employment I think its something like 4/6 weeks before you can claim any sort of benefits & even then they may be at a reduced rate. In hindsight you should have made a formal complaint to your immediate manager about whatever was bothering you & at least that way you would have had something to fall back on when you left

in case you depart no will then each thing will pass for your heirs (spouse and blood or followed youthful ones if none - moms and dads or perhaps siblings yet no longer step-toddlers). Step toddlers haven't any rights in intestate succession. in case you've been followed you would have an similar rights as the different youthful ones. also someone can from time to time have life insurance etc outdoors of a will that nominates beneficiaries. those are also frequently by artwork yet you would ought to ask your mom for further suggestion at some level.

In some cases, you may be eligible for unemployment benefits, but only if you're willing to file a claim against your boss. Go to the web site of your local employment department and look at all the rules on applying.

If you left of your own will, you are not entitled to neither compensation nor benefits.

If you feel you were forced to leave, you may have case for Constructive dissmissal, but It does not sound likely from what you have told me. If you do feel you have a case, contact an Employment Law solicitor.
