I will use sqrt(x) for the square root of x.

Your question (without the typo, suppose you meant + instead of =) is to evaluate the expression below:

(3 - sqrt(2)) * (2 + 3*sqrt(2)) / sqrt(8) =
(6 + 9*sqrt(2) - 2*sqrt(2) - 3*sqrt(2)^2) / (2*sqrt(2)) =
(6 + 7*sqrt(2) - 6) / (2*sqrt(2)) =
7*sqrt(2) / 2*sqrt(2) =
7/2

(3 - \/2)(2 + 3\/2)all divided by \/8 =
Transforming in the same radical \/2:
[3(2 + 3\/2) - \/2(2 + 3\/2)] : 2\/2 =
(6 + 9\/2) - (2\/2 + 3\/2²) : 2\/2 =
(6 + 9\/2 - 2\/2 + 3*2) : 2\/2 =
(6 - 6 + 7\/2) : 2\/2 =
7\/2 : 2\/2 = 7/2

Can you make this easier to read? This has nothing to do with algebra.
