Just as no woman is perfect, which she tries to hide with make up and clothes, similarly men aspire but no man can own perfection.

It's crap,
That's also like saying men want to OWN a perfect woman. No one is perfect!
We all want perfection in some way in life.
I class myself as a bit of a perfectionist with a lot of things.

To understand men and women you have to go back to the purpose of the Creation of the male and female of the species. Not much relevant to today's society as the need for having children is diminished.

A very archaic expression. Women want to be liked and appreciated and loved. Men want a lover, a friend, and a wife. It is the individual artist, movie maker, song writer, rapper that tries to affect society.
