It depends on the state you live in or the surrounding states. It is very unwise to think that anyone under age 25 is ready for marriage regardless of their circumstances. Even if you think you are mature enough - your ideal spouse more than likely isn't. Love isn't the only thing that holds a marriage together and make sure that you aren't confusing lust with love. You don't want to believe this - since you're using the internet - check for divorce statistics for people under age 25. Unless you know for a fact that your IQ is 160 or above don't believe that you are so much wiser than those that come up with the statistics. Do yourself a favor and enjoy single life for a few more years.

In England and Wales the answer is no. The law in scotland is different and may be different. I seem to recall that, in Eastenders, a couple travelled to Gretna Green and that she was 16. You should note that the courts of England and Wales will recognise a marriage as valid if it takes place outside of this country if it is in accordance with that country's laws. I believe that in India and Pakistan one can marry at 14. Go there1

In some states you may be able to. Do some research.

My question is, why would you want to? Enjoy some time as an adult single and learn about Life outside of Mom and Dad's, before committing yourself to someone...especially since if you and/or they are not yet adults, there will be a lot of changes that will occur and chances are you may not be compatible when that occurs.

Yes, it just depends onthe state that you are trying to get married in. I believe in Missouri you don't have to be 18 or have consent. You should definitely double check that though.
