Is water-proof make-up better then non-water-proof?

Water-proof mascara is not good for your lashes, and you should only wear it if you know you're going to be around a lot of water or crying alot.
The other water-proof make-ups are no better or worse than non-water-proof. It's your personal preference.

I don't really know what you mean by better. If your wondering if water proof make up is water proof in all my experiences it has been and rather difficult to get off too. I have learned that to take off water proof make up all you need is Vaseline. It works well and is cheap.

waterproof make up is good at certain time. both waterproof and non water proof have different glows on the face.. and of course use the waterproof when needed..

If you're going swimming use waterproof, or if it's raining outside use waterproof.

water proof is better because if all the stun it rains your makeup wouldn't smear

depends on what u like..... waterproof if you are going swimming... but if not then i suggest regular because waterproof is hard to get off.

waterproof mascara stinks- its so hard to get off.
