Do you think he'll get his own show because of this? Kind of a cross between Dr. Phil and Judge Judy? God, he was a mess!

I don't think he will get a show primarily bec it seems he does not know the law!! His decision was based on an erroneous premise, and for that reason Vergie was able to get her appeal.
(The body is not "unclaimed": Anna's mother was claiming it, therefore she has rights.) (I don't want Vergie to win, but that's the law!) However Anna's own final wishes (to be buried in the Bahamas where she BOUGHT THE PLOTS) should have trumped everything else. Basically, the judge blew it, big time.

I felt he was overly emotional and helped make what was a very solemn and important issue into a sideshow with his open display of emotions. Even tho it was stated that this is a part of his personality, he should have tried to restrain himself more , thinking how it would affect all the members involved . If his actions had an underlying motive to get his own TV show, i feel it was a mockery to his position and questions his integrity . I sure hope that any prospective producers would feel the same. He definitely has issues!!!
