it's the same thing, just like when a guy 'cums' he is having an orgasm. There are 2 different types though, a g-spot orgasm and a clitoral orgasm. the second type are more common.

There is a big difference, when a woman comes it's when her vagina lets out a fluid (something like a lubrication) but when a woman orgasms WOW she will feel an intense pulsating all over some get the shudders some have been known to ejaculate themselves and it can feel like needing to go for a wee, don't tense up on it let it go and you will both love it.

In my opinion, there is a difference.
Coming is when you release fluid/ejaculate and its very intense.
An orgasm is something that doesnt necc happen every time you have sex - its something that happens when you're being touched in the right spot, and you feel `out of control' and its so so intense.
You can have an orgasm and come at the same time though. But sometimes i come without an orgasm.
Hope this makes sense!

i think they are the same thing..... but obviously there are different types. A clitoral orgasm, and an internal orgasm. (is that the right term?)
I know more women tend to 'come' through clitoral stimulation though.
