Im wondering whether it is worthwhile asking a friend to buy me ugg boots while he is in Australia on holiday. Therefore I'd like to know whether buying them in their hometown reduces the cost of the boots?

They're about £100 in australia depending on which style you have, Ive got some chestnut ugg boots from Australia that cost £100, i don't think they would reduce the cost because you're buying the real things form the counrty which they are produced, best bets maybe Ebay but you can't always guarantee they'll be genuine

I would look on ebay, cos you can get genuine uggs for a fraction of the cost.

I'm not 100% positive but im pretty sure they're a little cheaper. Maybe $20 less. Definitely ask your friend to check it out for you while he is there..it may be worth it.

but whilst on Ebay - remember, if it looks to good to be true, it normally is!

Ask plenty of questions - and dont be in a rush to buy some!
