There's no real instant way short of surgery, but you can try crossdressing.

What is your current gender? If you're a male go to Home Depot's garden department and pick up some garden sheers. If you're a female, that's a bit harder and will take a little more time. You'll have to spend several years on a police force.

You take the "insta-sex change" pill. It's available over the counter. You just mix it with a little water and drink it down.
The only problem is it might not be permanent, or then again it might. Results are varied and side effects include unwanted appendages and nasal leakage.
Best of luck.

Because I like boys, I thought of that, but im too happy being a boy to do that. It cant happen instantly, think about it carefully & if your realy unhappy with your sex. Then go to your doctor for advice & help. Maybe operations & proper therapy but its not going to be instant.

You don't. SRS (Sexual Reassignment Surgery) requires much screening and a waiting period of nearly a year. You can start with hormone therapy, as can be prescribed by a doctor, to help the process of looking more like the opposite sex.

If you are a gentleman, cover your gentleman's area with pedigree chum and go and wave it in next door's Pitbull's face!! Guaranteed to work!! If you are a lady, put some socks down your trousers and sit in front of the telly, burping, farting and scratching and going phwooar at the Oz Aerobics on Sky Sports!

Well.... One route is serious corsetry, a shipload of cosmetics and a LOT of self confidence. As for the medical side of things.... Councelling, surgery and time.
There is not always in instant answer.

You don't. The only route is through counselling, psychiatry, hormone treatment and surgery. The way you have phrased your question though, suggests it would be a mistake for you to go through with it. Seek counselling to talk things through.
