The pups are weaned at 3-4 weeks. The reason they're fighting is they are probably trying to nurse and she is pushing them away. I'd say they're old enough to be separated from mom in male and female cages. Keep an eye on the runt, they sometimes will need a little extra from mom, ours did. At 6 weeks they will be old enough for new homes. Give mom at least a week before you try to breed her again for her health. Our one dwarf mom (recently passed) raised a litter of Syrians after their mom died suddenly 9 days after birthing. She bit us every time we tried to take the runt out (only female of adopted litter) The runt helped the mom raise her next litter with the Russian dwarf dad. We had to sneak her out to play with her, but if caught, mom would kick her butt. We mix Syrians with Russian dwarfs in same cages, some have been caged together for over a year. Yes, we get a few squabbles, but if needed we remove the culprit for a few days then put them back to see what happens, if they fight again, we permanently separate them.

I listed a couple of links to my favorite site for hamsters, the second one is a list of different fresh foods they can and can't have.

I think it means you have to get another cage for the babies. The mom gets annoyed at them fast, for at least a few more weeks your baby hamsters can stay in one (large) cage, separate from their moms but at least you don't have to buy 8 more cages. then you have to give them away or buy a lot more cages.

in the event that they might consume their own nutrition, then they are going to be high-quality. they're completely weened whilst they don't drink mom's milk. they're high-quality to pass whilst they might consume on their own. flow them ASAP if the mummy is placing out to get aggressive. and she or he's in all probability doing it using sharp the teeth. Teats are gentle, and infant the teeth are sharp.

I usually separate them from mom at that age & you can keep a close eye on them afterwards & give them treats like tofu or banana if you are worried about them
