Several CIA employees testified before the Senate that they were instructed to change intelegence reports to favor the Bush assult plan.

Several CIA oppertives testified they distributed the false reports to foriegn intelegence. So they would come back as confirmations of the Bush plan to attack Saddam.

Bush was determined to invade Iraq. The plans were in the making for several months. Yes he lied to Congress, but inside, he believed everything to be true because he WANTED these things to be true.
If the lying to Congress hadn't worked the first time around, he would have thought of something else.
Shows the hypocracy of both parties. Clinton lies about an affair and is impeached. Sex and lies. Other countries laugh at us.
Next, Bush lies about a HUGE matter of "national security" leading to a "war on terror", and plunges us into an illegal, unwinnable war that we can't seem to find a way out of Not even an attempt at impeachment.
They're ALL a bunch of wusses. Oh and yes, other countries continue to laugh at us.

What does it matter.. Bush already lied to the world when he went into Iraq to avenge September 11, using obviously bogus information.. there were never any WMD's, Bush never intended to help the Iraqi people or he wouldn't have bombed the country to bits, and then there was his lie about Saddam importing nukes from Africa.. another big lie.. not to mention the whole bi-terror trucks he alleged were found in Iraq.. which were later found to be British units.. so what does it matter.. Bush conspired PERIOD!! he has been found wanting.. and needs to be written into the history books as the worst president ever .. along with all of his advisory team.. they all lied together.. they were all in on it.. and all complicit .. Iraq should be rebuilt using money and assets owned by Neo-Cons who should all be bankrupted and sent ot prison as war criminals .. they would own enough wealth between them to rebuild Iraq and repay the US foreign debt they racked up..

Yes and no. Part of the intelligence assessment he was using came from the Clinton administration, Clinton wanted to Invade Iraq during his administration also, because of the link of WMD's and the Iraqi ability to propuce them.
