Man you're not kidding! I've never been there but, I know Kansas is a desolate state. Probably no good jobs there. Schools may be 30 miles away.Maybe crime is high or it's in the middle of Tornado country. It might be worth looking further into.I think I will .

Probably because the homes are in COFFEYVILLE, KANSAS. I highly doubt that it's a big demand area. Remember, we live in America...it's a capitalistic market...ya know...supply and demand...what the market can bare and all that. If the prices are low it's probably because demand is low, or supply is high.

Maybe because it is a rural community that is far away from major cities (far away from jobs that is) and it is considered by many to be less desirable to live there.
If you like living out in the country separated from everyone where it is nice and quiet, and who wouldn't, then you probably would like living there.
