Why won't Spy Sweeper close?

I have Spy Sweeper and when its not responding I try to close it but it says that it is locked by the system. How do I unlock it?

Well if its not responding I would look at your computer's RAM and see how much you have. You may not have enough RAM for all your programs to run correctly. So you may need to upgrade with some more RAM. I would recommend 512MB, 756MB, or 1GB. If I had more specs on your computer and what you run I could help you better.
