The Hungarian Suicide Song or "Gloomy Sunday". It was banned because it caused multiple people to commit suicide. Billie Holiday re-did it, but it was made originally in 1933. Supposedly, there was something hypnotizing about the song that just caused people to walk right out the window.

Tears in Heaven by Eric Clapton. He wrote it after his four year old fell out of the window of a hotel and died. It is really sad, but awesome on the guitar.
