Please can you tell me what powerpoint is?I am a sales rep ,and my collegues tell me it would help in my sales presentations.
I dont like to ask their advice to much as they might think i,m thick!!

it should be on microsoft office. easy enough to work out when u get started. you're not thick, you just haven't used that programme yet - once you get started there'll be no stopping you!

Your question doesn't say what your really after but if you like to learn how to a presenation, well the best way would be use power points with office but before you do start look at what you are trying to achieve first, then write down your thoughts and start learning thing like how to make a presenations but i would consider in asking someone who knows a lot about this.

When i am selling i write down a plan of sale, how and who i am going to speak to and the best way to sell something is not to sell now your think what? he mad, far from it, what i would do is get to know your customer hobbies and business take a interested view in there business

It's a program from Microsoft. Much like Word or Excel. Its fairly simple to use and can make nice looking presentations. However, if your not very good at computers, you should take a computer class, perhaps at the local Learning Annex or community college. Then take one specifically for Microsoft products. It's a very good idea for anyone in this computer centered business environment. And its tax deductible!!!

Power point is something which u can create slides and animate them and everything.. You get it off microsoft..... yea it does help presentations im at uni and im always using powerpoint for presentations and things
