"Military age men" doesn't mean they are in the military nor did they volunteer to be soldiers. They are civilians. I thought most people knew that.

If they are civilians, yes it is a war crime. It would definitely be genocide if you are eliminating all the military age men of a specific ethnic group or religion.

You've got to be kidding!!! How can it be geocide when they all VOLUNTEERED????? You take the horror of genocide and toss it around so casually because you've never been a victim to it so maybe you should rethink and consider the people touched by it. This is after all an international site.

It is murder, plain and simple. Now if that order was given during a war then it would also be a war crime.
