Bio-chemistry is your best bet. However, there are programs that offer a "pre-phram" for people who want to be pharmacists and know that they have good chances of becoming one (i.e. they have good grades) but any type of science degree is good to have to fall back on.

In Canada it would be a BScPharm.....degree.
