You may want to try booting in "safe mode" you may have gotten a virus(hit F8 several times while its rebooting when windows graphics shows up you were too slow).. or possibley you could have an overclocking issue,

ur computer is may be virus affected
if u have diffrent os open that and solve virus or goi in command prompt mode or th e dos mode and solve the virus it should work fine

offcorse a computer is somehow useless wihout the softwares, a computer helps with different kinds of stuff but i believe the soft wares or the programmes matters most, believe me, the computer box is more of a box, but the programes is more of the brain, gabbage in, gabbage out...........
