Why are you changing the water? Do you still have other fish that you think you can save by changing the water? I'll tell you the reason your fish died. You fish died because they are in a bowl. No fish should be in a bowl, but especially goldfish. Goldfish require 10 gallons of water minimum per fancy goldfish and if you have the long bodied goldfish, they require 20 gallons of water per fish. If you still have fish, you need to get them into a larger tank immediately. If you can't afford a real aquarium, those plastic storage containers work great as a temporary fish tank. Get one 10 gallons for each fish you have. 2 fish. 20 gallons. 3 fish. 30 gallons. etc. Do not get any more fish if you are considering getting more. Hold off until you do some reading and understand what is involved in properly taking care of goldfish. Cycling water, proper water changes and tank cleaning, the nitrogen cycle and water testing. Proper filtration. How to identify diseases and treat them. Once you read up a little and get your water cycled in your new aquarium tank, then you can get some more fish. Understanding how to take care of them properly will ensure happy, healthy goldfish and make you happier too! Good luck!

If your goldfish died, and you still have other fish you should definitely change the water. Make sure if you do to not use soap, and if you do, make sure its completely gone. After you change the water, make sure to let it sit for about a half hour to let it get to room temperature before putting any other fish back in.

You should change part of the water. You do not want to shock the remaining fish too badly by changing all of the water. You can do another partial change in a few days.

yes, if you don't then if you have other fish they might die from the bacteria left inside of the bowl from the dead fish. if you don't have other fish then
1: you might get a lot of bacteria left in your house!
2: that bowl will stink so bad, you might die with your hand closing your nose. so unless your a stupid person CLEAN THE BOWL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! your so welcome.

If your goldfish died, it means you neglected it. As due punishment, you are to drink all the water in the bowl.
