I would suggest taking your son to the doctor on Monday. It could be allergies, ear infection or most commonly cutting teeth.
STOP ALL JUICE
Raise the head of his bed at least 2 inches higher than the food of his bed; to help combat the night time coughing.
For the diaper rash, put him in cloth diapers, if you have them, without the outside rubber to keep the moisture in, make sure he is on a waterproof pad, so you dont get your house a mess, let the air get to the rash as much as possible, if you can put him down for a nap without a diaper, just pad underneath him so if he wets, there is something to soak it up. A & D ointment worked the best for us.
Below is a link that may help.

For the diarrhea, give him the BRAT(bananas, rice, applesauce and toast-or something starchy like Cheerios if he can't eat toast yet). Also, just give him water or electrolyte/pedialyte stuff instead of juice or milk. Juice perpetuates loose stools and dairy is hard on the digestive system...so give him a day or so to get rid of whatever bug he has. Be most concerned about fluid intake, rather than food. With the runny nose and coughing...that's trickier. I use Claratin for runny noses...all other "cold' medicines do nothing for my son! If you can dry his nose up then the cough should ease b/c he's coughing from drainage. So try to use either Claratin or Benadryl or something else that "dries up" instead of a decongestant. Buy saline nose drops and put a few drops in his nose in the morning, before naps and before bed. Use a bulb to suction out a few minutes after you do the saline. Other than that, you just gotta let him pass the bug. Although, I am surprised the Dr. doesn't want to at least listen to his chest and look in his ears....huh. It may be time to ask around about other pediatricians. If he's like this longer than a few more days, insist on seeing the doctor. Good luck!

You should see his doctor if the diarreah keeps up. He could become dehydrated. Make sure you give him plenty of liquids. Get a cool mist humidifer and put it in his room to help with the runny nose and coughing at night. It's scary when your little one is sick. Good luck to you.

Stop giving him all dairy until diarrhea is over - just give him pedialyte or water or juice. If the diarrhea goes on for more than a couple of days - take him to doc. For the rash, change diaper often, use zinc oxide cream and try to expose bum to air for a bit before putting on next diaper. For other symptoms, baby tylenol.

It could be a viral infection or an ear infection. Keep him hydrated (plenty of fluids) for the diarreah. He needs to see a doctor as soon as possible. Babies can dehydrate fast!

If he has had diarrhea for more than a day and a half, take him to the Dr. Babies can get dehydrated quickly. It may be only the flu, but it's best to have it checked out. Push the clear liquids (Pedialite) into him, he needs it. Good luck!
