I recently asked myself the same question. My suggestion is yoga. Whether you go to a fancy gym or find a class though a local adult ed. program, it not only ( eventually) makes you more bendy, it allows you to to get in touch with you body.

if by bendy, you mean flexible...do stretching. Take some time in the mornings and evenings to stretch each part of your body. Do this slowly-- don't push your muscles too far. In time, you'll definitely notice a difference.

try gently strtchy your tight areas and holding , not bouncy, the stretch for 30 full seconds 3 times a day every day.
also try taking a yoga or pilates class if you won't make yourself do it on your own.
