id go with micheal if i were you or you could try my computer add or remove and remove the offending default homepage,good luck hun

It might sound daft but when you used the internet options did you click apply try it again but this time go to the website you want as your homepage then open internet options on the general tab click Use Current then click apply

Some antivirus programs don't let you change he home page but if that isn't the case, just try to go into Internet Options again and type it in again. Press OK.

What you got there is a piece of Adware - I had the same problem, Ad-Aware fixed it for me..

Take a look around here: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ and click free download on the right if you want to give it a go (its free), should be fine after you run the scan

When and if you do finish the scan.. go internet options and try again, problem should be fixed

go into internet browser look in tool go to internet option at the middle where is written web addess type new address then click on apply and ok that it

Clean up your old temporary internet files.
IE Tools/Internet Options/General/.Browsing History /delete etc.
Also . ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com

go to control panel and click on internet options,type in yahoo.com on the home page and right click on apply

change the homepage to Yahoo

You might try this. Type in another web site and then hit apply.Then go back in and change it to yahoo again and hit apply.Mine changes occasionally for no reason.
