hi friend this is not good. because your friend looks annoys you and is boring for you, may be there are some qualities which might not have been liked by other from you too!, but the best thing is in this life even if she/he is boring try to tell and convince,before your friend ends up with trouble with someone. as a friend it is you sho need to understand and help,later if not now that same friend would be very greatful to you for your corrections

i had a friend like that once, and i was the only one who wanted to be her friend so i felt guilty by dissing her and telling her i did not want to be her friend but on eday it just got to o much for me and i told her that i did not think i could be friends with her anymore and that was years ago and to this day i feel bad that i told her i did not want to be her friend....sometimes one boring friend is alot better than 10 fake friends, just keep her around, amybe stop spening do muhc time with her or try to get her to hang out with cooler people so she kind of gets a hint of what you guys are into now and what is cool and not cool. maybe you are the coolest person she knows and she is looking to you for help on how to become cooler. Start doing thinsg with her that you liketo do with your friends that you have fun with and if this girl does not want to do those things then she will either stop hanging with you or she will start doing more fun things with you. either way i would not give up on her unless she give up on you, it is never fun to lose a friend no matter waht the circumstance or the person...

Talk to her and be subtle. Ask her a hypothetica question like....what would you do if your friend was boring sometimes? Or, suggest activities and go out more.

Break it to her gently. Say it the same way you would like it said to you. She may not understand that what she is doing is annoying... just tell her what you think about her behavior.

You can give her subtle hints by not returning her phone calls and not being available to hang out as much.

If you don't like her for who she is, then maybe you should spare her and stop being friends with her. Don't tell her. It's being unnecessarily mean.
