I have this project on Spain, but some sources say that it's a constitutional monarchy, while others say it's a parliamentary monarchy.

There is one major difference in my mind. A constitutional monarchy would have a single document, a constitution, which limits the monarch, and parliaments, power. A parliamentary monarchy, like Great Britain, does not have a single constitution which limits the power of parliament. I would say they are both very similar.
