If its any kind of soft or light pink, no. Blondes look so good with hot pink. Vice Versa for the blue.

what outfit are u wearing if you are wearing jeans use the blue scarf if otherwise forget the scarf and wear some nice like jeans with a white and gold shirt

i think you should wear the blue. it would make your eyes POP into a sort of blue green. pink is overrated.

with the blonde hair, wear a lighter color so that it doesn't stick out against your complexion. if the pink and blue are both pastel, it really doesn't matter which. if not, wear whichever one is lighter.

it depends on what your wearing- but if I have to pick, i would choose blue- it goes with blond hair.
