The "Patriot Act" effectively has denied Americans Amendment I, Amendment II, Amendment IV, Amendment V, Amendment VI, Amendment VIII, Amendment IX, and Amendment X. I fully agree with you. Oh, wait, did you say the REPUBLICANS are protecting our rights? Dude, turn on the TV, open a newspaper, or try to get on a plane without a "random" full cavity search possibility.

I particularly like the second amendment, and can hardly wait for the "well regulated militia" to form, bear arms, and begin the real, bloody war on illegal immigration...

Excuuuuuse me! It was REPUBLICAN president Bush who said that the Constitution was just a "g-d piece of paper".

How am I secure in my home or business if the government can snoop without warrants?

How can we be held without a writ of habeus corpus?

How can I petition for redress of grievances, if what I feel is "wrong" is that my taxes go to kill other human beings?

How can I peacefully demonstrate if I am continually being called a "terrorist sympathizer"?

ETC.

Republicans believe in the Bill of Rights? Are you JOKING!? Think Patriot Act and Military Commissions act, genius!

Liberals don't believe in it, and neither do the neo-cons!

I consider Bush a liberal in the past few years. But back to the question. YES.

Wow! A conservative who knows about the Bill of Rights. You are certainly a novelty. I'm not sure if you know this little secret or not, but, um, George W. Bush isn't a liberal, so your little spill about liberals not living up to the Bill of Rights is rather moot.

some democrats are so full of double standards its sickening.
-to democrats open-mindedness is only something you have if you see it their way.
-democrats cannot justify war, but they can justify death of the most innocent of innocents; abortion.
-to democrats faith is a handicap, when in reality it is a capacitor and everybody has faith in something.
-democrats believe life is inherently fair (which makes no sense because their beloved natural selection is non-consequetial) and wealth should be shared, with the exception of them sharing their own stuff.
-god forbid someone work hard for their prosperity.

i could go on and on.
