Please please help me! i really dont like pads!

How do i relax?!
how long does it take to put it in?
does it feel weird to take it out?
what brand is best?

ok... I just did the same thing yesterday.. Well for my first time...
1. Go in your bathroom and lock up... Bring a portable meror...
2. If you need to go.. then go.. when you are done then wipe up and sit on the meror so that it is easyer to see what you are doing..
3. unwrap the tampon and hold it on the middle..
4. figure out what yoy have to do to make the tampon come out of the tube... depending on the brand it varies.. usually you just push the tube..
4. with your non- dominant hand spread your libia apart...
5. all the way in the back there is a hole that is kinda hard to see. try to place the tampon on it and gentaly push it in... this make take a few tryes... if you mess up, its ok just get a new one... but it may take a while to find the whole as I just said it is all the way in the back.. were the slit ends..
6. Push it in on an angle or how you get it in. When you have it in were you fingers touch your libia (once you have it all the way in) press the aplicator to insert it.
7... tada your done...
8. If you feel uncomfatable or you think it is in wronge try again...
It's ok it it takes a while, took me 2 trys to be succesful..
There are also directions in the box... that heped me...

After reading the instructions that come in the box find a position that is comfortable for you and give it a trial run. This will take some practice but once you get the hang of it you will regret you didn't use tampons earlier! All the best.

Wipe and see where the bleeding is coming from and insert it there slowly until your finger touches your skin, then press the applicator in. You want to make sure it's deep or else it will be uncomfortable and you might want to pull it out (when it's dry, this hurts!) Dont worry about it falling out or getting stuck. If it's your first time, I personally prefer Tampax Pearl because you can't feel them when you put them on! I can't use the cardboard applicators, hehe. Please READ THE BOX as well, there are instructions inside. Be sure to change it no MORE than every 8 hours. I do it every 4 hours to be safe.

sit on the toilet with your legs spread wide. wiggle the tampon around down there until you find the opening if your not sure where it goes. once you find it gently push the tampon in backwords, youll have to wiggle it to go in properly. make sure you push the tampon BACKWARDS and not UP into your self. make sure you put it all the way in before you take out the aplicator or you will feel like your pooping yourself all day.

hi i remember the first time i had to do it the best way is to relax and you need to get you self wet youknow....
and softly put it in plaxes is the bes one to start with

they have instructions/ but try squating on the floor/ i dont blame you pads are gross

use some vaseline on the tip, tilt toward your butt or back, do it slow and it doesn't hurt.
