In general, what should I include in a profile site.?

What information do you generally put in this type of site in the "About Me" area. (myspace would be the most prominant example but not the site I'm refering to)

I am putting other things down in other boxes, music, likes, dislikes, etc

But it is my about me portion, that I always have a problem with, what is some basic info to put?
