Do you think it might be because I some what ampredextrus?

I have no problem reading the pattern it's when I crochet it. I think there must be a mistake or being some what ampredextrus might be a problem. I have tried two other wave like patterns & they too have been a problem.When I knit it comes out right handed.

Do you mean ambidextrous? No, it's how your brain interprets the pattern, not the ability of your less dominant hand.
