I'm not in any manner in the medical field, but I had this problem for about a month recently after a long flight. Try a combination of benadryl and sudafed for a week or two and see if that clears it up. That advice was from the doctor. It didn't work on mine, so I broke down and called a compounding pharmacist and he told me to put 2 drops a day of pure grain alcohol (yes, get it at the liquor store) into the ear and it would dry up the moisture in the inner ear that was causing the blockage. It did, and it worked when nothing else would. It did take another week or two. I know it sounds terrible, but if you've had it for a while, you'll try it. Best wishes!!

One good way is a waterpik shower massage. Just let the water rinse through your ear good, and it usually helps. Or for that matter, any shower head helps. You may need to go to the doctor and get some of those ear drops that dissolve wax.
