women, do you like this royal clothes?

what do you think of this dress? would you like wear one of this once? and be the monarch of some place sometime? would you like hear poetry in your honor taold by guys wearing costume like the other picture shows? or have your prince dressing like that nas have a romantic night?

An the lad had better legs, Francois looks a bit spindly in the shanks for my taste. His clothes are well-made though, I'll give thee that. Francis II or the young Henry VIII are more to my taste. :) Just call me Bessie Blount, rrrrr.... ;)

I go to renaissance faires, so I love dressing this way, obviously. And yes, poetry and light flattery is always accepted with a smile. I probably would choose different sleeves on my gown, though, since I like to dance and I've found the long bell-type or dagged sleeves get in the way of things like the moresca. I did have them on my wedding gown, though, and they looked very good for a formal occassion.

There is nothing like having your hand bowed over to set one's heart a-flutter, especially with something suitably dashing to be said. Sometimes I think we need a bit more formal flirting in this day and age...

it looks silly now, but for the times it was simply the accepted fashion. In 500 years i'm sure people will look back at what we were wearing and laugh.

now its realy silly looking but back in those times that was popular back then and that is what was considered fashionable but definately not know lol
