arc = angle/360 * 2pi*r

now just plug them in

55pi = 100/360 * 2pi*r

198pi = 2pi*r

r = 99cm

the arc length is 100/360 if the total circumfrence which is pi times diameter if you divide 55 pi by (100/360) that'll give you the total circumfrence=198 pi, that makes the diameter 198, so the radius is 99cm

s = r * alpha * pi/180

55pi = r * 100pi/180
55pi = r * (5pi/9)
r = 99cm
