Mammary glands of elephants are between their front legs, just as the mammary glands of two legged mammals are between their arms.

Are there other four legged animals with mammary glands between their front legs?

Interesting to learn that hyraxes are related to elephants. I find that they have two nipples between front legs and four more behind these.

You might try and check out hyraxes, which are thought to be the closest living relatives of elephants. Couldn't find any information on hyrax mammary glands myself.
