time heal wounds... its mayb slow but its the best redemy
u cant just forget someone that easily... Trust me i been there...
Have the determination of FORGETTING her/him
One way is to concentrate on your study/work.
Throw away everythings that will trigger the memory of her/him - Photo, Gift from her and whatever...
Dun visit the place where you and him/her like to go!
Delete her/him contact on your handphone and everything else
even friendster
Or
you can simply knock your head against the wall until you suffer head injury - which i wouldnt recommand

there is no "fast way". If you try to forget someone too quick it is not healthy-it may take a while but it do it the healthy way.

one night stand!that will keep u occupied...at least the next couple of days u will have something to think about instead of your love..and that is sometimes enough because u start remembering his/hers bad habbits(nobodys perfect) instead of thinking of the good things and times u had together...soon u figure out that he or she is not that good for u and there are a lot of people out there for u :)

either find a task or group to get yourself into to distract you or
go out and find a rebound person that will help with the distraction. Just don't hurt this person.

IT TAKES A WHILE TO FORGET ABOUT THAT SPECIAL PERSON BUT YOU CAN KEEP YOURSELF BUSY WITH SPORTS, ACTIVITIES ETC....OR YOU CAN DO WHAT SOME PEOPLE DO GET ANOTHER GIRL/BOY TO FORGET ABOUT THAT PERSON.
