I'm from Charleston, SC. The last time I saw snow was a year ago. I went to the mountains and it had snowed the day before but most of it was melted so there was only snow in the shadows. My friends and I freaked out. We pulled the car over and had a (dirty) snowball fight. It was very much fun.
When it snows here in Charleston, just 1/4 of an inch, everything stops. We don't go to school or work. Nobody leaves their house. All the traffic on the highway STOPS as soon as the first flake falls. We don't know how to handle all that and it's pretty funny.

I'm guessing that many of us are sick of snow b/c it gets in the way of our lives. When we were children we had no worries and a snow day was the best. Now a snow day means, being stuck in traffic, being late to work/school, danger, car accidents, slips, broken bones etc... unless we get to stay home.

The only thing is that when ever it snowes in Chicago (and it's snowing now) I have to be places. It seems like it snowes everytime there is rush hour or something else that just makes the snow even worse than it is.

Although I do like to wake up in the morning, look out my window and see everything covered with a white blanket.
:)

I never thought I would say it but yes. Bring on the spring weather. I don't know about you but I'm ready for the severe storms and tornado season. Unless we get enough snow to get out of school, I'm soo done with the snow.
