do guys really like gals to put make up on?

i like putting make up on but my bf totally hates it. he claims that girls without make up on are the prettiest.

Even though it is wrong to answer a question with a question I have to ask... who cares? It is a girl's own face and she should be the first and only one to decide whether or not she wears make up and if so how much, what style etc. But must we really worry at all how the outside appearance is when so few try to improve themselves in the ways that truly matter?
Develop our kindness, try to be more grateful, be more tolerant... these attributes you can have whether you are well educated or unschooled, whether we look like a super model or just a plain jane, whether we use make up or not. I would love to see people being delighted more by the person within than the outward package.

Hope this casts another view on the "face" of it... pun intended.

Which way makes you feel the prettiest? If you like a Lil make up once in awhile then go ahead. But once in awhile go natural and see the inner beauty. If he likes you without then maybe you are wearing too much. Too much mascara and blush etc is so not good everyday. Less is more.

Is your boyfriend perhaps the "jealous" type?
I suspect your boyfriend might just be a little insecure about how very pretty you become when you apply a bit of makeup.
(and girls, believe me, just "a little" makeup goes a long way...no need to overdo it).
Certainly, without overdoing it, a little lipstick and eye makeup will enhance the natural beauty of any woman and make her more appealing to other guys.
It's the "appealing to other guys" part that might be behind your bf's desire for you to not apply makeup.

A lil make-up is ok for certain occasions but if she needs make up for everytime we go grocery or pick up laundry/food then its way too much!I personally prefer my gf lookin " au naturale" is when she looks the best.Love it how she looks in the mornings.. *wink*even if she has drooled..lol

It depends on if you need it. And if you put it on right. If you don't need it then cut down on it some. If you have acne, then yes feel free to keep covering it up.

Most importantly ask you friends! They are the best critics.

i dont know if guys like gals to put make up on, but i know gals like to put make up on!
well, my bf insists that i look better w/o make up, unless when i'm experiencing skin prob due to my period but who cares? i like more colours on my face but of course, do not overdo it... i always stick to natural colours.

if you enjoy putting on make up, go ahead and if your boyfriend doesn't like it, he has to deal with it.

if you see it, your boyfriend enjoys natural faces. he thinks if you put make up on, you're fake. that's what i think. you want to pick to, go ahead. it's your life.

well, what i am saying that you shouldn't not put alot on. Before you put it on, ask your friends or anyone that you think has a good opinion.
