I have a 1999 Renault Clio Mark 2. The central locking has been getting less sensitive, i need to hold the button on my key down for several seconds before anything happens and occasionally I need to use the key to open the door and open the other doors from the inside. I've replaced the battery in the key, so that can't be it. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance

It sounds as if you have a poor connection inside the key you need to clean the connections in the key itself.

you should purchase widely used keys on eBay, and they comprise reprogramming practise. yet distant keys are truly, truly stupid. They require a radio receiver to be on for all time, and placed on out the battery in case you depart the vehicle for some weeks. Plus absolutely everyone can fairly spoil in in the journey that they have got the right kit. They upload weight, and could spoil down ultimately, leaving you unable to get into your vehicle in any respect. there is not any such element as a loose lunch. those meant luxury products absolutely reason no end of hassle and cost.
