it is actually really hard to get your hair straightened without damaging it. Why don't you buy a hair straightener? Then you won't need to visit a salon every time you need to straighten your hair. Straighten it a maximun of once a week and it won't get that damaged. There are special hair products you can use also.

Don't go to a place, get a CHI. Yes, a CHI it's a really great straightener but it's kind-of expensive. But make sure that you get some kind of treatment spray for before so you don't burn your hair if fyou're gonna use it everyday..

you should buy the conair infiniti hair straightner. it definately gives you salon results, i use it it, and if you use the conair thermo ceramic brush. Also, use TreSemme Instant Heat Tamer. and lucky for you, if you're on a budget, all that can be purchased at Wal-Mart.
