wow!, i know how you feel, i hate it, i just sit back, close my eyes, and try to think of happy thoughts until they are finished with me, if you are really worried about it, you could always hold someones hand

Go in take a deep breath and place yourself somewhere else.. on a beach.. in the snow.. but just close your eyes and visualize something calm and relaxing. I am not a big needle fan.. but since I am pregnant and now diabetic.. it is just alittle easier. I have awful veins as well.. they are deep and roll and blow easily. So I have to find a beautiful island in my mind often.. good luck. It will be over before you know it.

I like you, and many others HATE having my blood taken. When I go though, I try to bring something to read with me. That way, I can turn the other way, and forget what they are doing on the other side of me. It helps.

When I get blood drawn from me i close my eyes and apply pressure to my ear. Try that

All I do is sit back and hold my breath until I feel the needle in my arm (or whatever). It really helps me. If it hurts I cry. I cannot help it! We are just human!

close your eyes...whatever you do, don't look. Hold someone's hand. Don't fight it, your blood vessels will tighten up and it will hurt more and you will possibly bruise.
