How many cards are there?? You can't answer this question without that knowledge.
If there are 52 cards, since there are 4 kings, there is a probability of 1/13 (simplify 4/52) chance. I don't know how many diamonds there are, but I think there are 13. So there are 13/52 chances that you draw a diamond, that is, when simplified, 1/4 of a chance, or if you prefer, 25% chances.
You just divide the number of ways the thing in question can happen by the number of total possibilities.

the probability of getting a diamond is probably 13/54 unledd the jokers have been removed, in which case it'll be 1/4.
the probability of an ace or a king is 4/27 or 2/13 if jokers are removed. that's working on a standard deck having 2 jokers
