We just did that yesterday. I feel for ya. Go jump in a nice warm shower and then wrap up in a nice warm blanket and drink something hot. If you have a significant other wrap them up in the blanket with you too. I hear sharing body heat does a body wonders.

Throw you in a nice hot shower then wrap you up in a nice warm robe fresh from the dryer and give you some hot chocolate and cover you with a blanket...sorry, I dont think about the other kind of warming up...lol...
